Red and green cabbage pair beautifully with cranberries and walnuts for a colorful and tasty slaw.  Some curry powders pack more punch than others, and the more curry powder you use, the stronger its flavor will be. Start with the smaller amount, knowing you can always add more if it is too mild.
Ingredients:

Coleslaw:
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups red cabbage, finely sliced
2 cups green cabbage, finely sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

Dressing:
1/3cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions: Toss cole slaw ingredients together in a large bowl.  Whisk together dressing ingredients and toss with cole slaw ingredients until everything is well mixed and well coated.
