Author Notes: I love this dressing on simple green salads, but it also makes a dynamite Chinese Chicken Salad.
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoon sherry or mirin (optional)
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions:

Makes about 1/2 Cup

Whisk together all ingredients. Dressing will keep, refrigerated for several weeks.
