**Bubbling tips:

Always have one good bottle of champagne in your fridge for impromptu toast.  Or maybe you just feel like some bubbles to wash away your ridiculously long and stressful day.

Sunlight speeds up fermentation process, so store champagne on its side in the refrigerator or in a cool, dark place.
Always add champagne last to the punch and stir just enough to blend.   Stir vey gently, as too much movement will cause the champagne to lose its bubbles.
