This quick to prepare recipe can be made with either a form white fish such as cod fillets or boneless chicken breasts. Whichever way, it comes out delicious. |
| Ingredients: |
3/4 cup white miso 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed 1/2 cup dry sake 1 teaspoon sesame oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 4 filets (6 ounces each) cod or other firm white fish or boneless chicken breasts |
| Instructions: | Mix all ingredients together. Marinate fish for about an hour, or the chicken for up to 4 hours. Cook fish or chicken either on a grill, pan fried, or under the broiler. Figure on about 3-5 minutes per side, more if your fish or chicken is extra thick. |
