Author Notes: This gift wrap is perfect for Christmas, or any other winter occasion. It makes use of rubber stamping gift paper, and quilling strip package ornaments.

Supplies: brown craft paper

two piece foam stamp (ours is from Creative Expressions)

blue and gold rubber stamping ink

star shaped quilling paper strip package ornament (click here for instructions)

2 star paper cutouts made from star template or a shape cutting tool (we used Fiskars Shape Cutter with the star template)

gold gel pen

round hole punch

tape
Instructions:

Step 1. Follow the directions at this link to make stamped gift wrap using the foam snowflake stamps in blue overstamped with gold.

Step 2. Wrap the box in the stamped gift wrap paper. For detailed wrapping instructions, click here.

Step 3. Make the Star Shaped Package Ornament.

Step 4. Cut two smaller (than the base of the ornament) graduating size paper stars.

Step 5. Glue the smaller star on the larger star.

Step 6. Use the gold gel pen to make small "stitch" marks around the edge of the larger star.

Step 7. Use a round hole punch to punch a hole in the center top edge of the tag. Thread a narrow red paper strip through the hole and attach the strip to the under side of the package ornament, so the tag hangs from the ornament as in the photo.
