I love the concept of the recipe of the week series of cookbooks: they take a single food then give you a different version of it for each week of the year. This inspired and eclectic collection of ice cream recipes will make any frozen dessert enthusiast sit up and take notice. I especially loved the variety of recipes, which includes a selection of traditional ice creams, Italian style gelatos, and dairy free sorbets. Some of the recipes are paired with accompanying recipes for sauces and toppings. Styles range from traditional classics to creative and even exotic variations.
