Author Notes: Everyone has a soft spot for the reindeer entrusted with all of Santa's travel. These winsome creatures are especially easy to make. For a Rudolph, just add a cranberry for a red nose.
Supplies: 2 yellow peppers
2 pieces ginger root
2 allspice berries
small orange pepper
toothpicks
6"/15cm skewer

Instructions:

1. Position one pepper on its side on work surface to form body.

2. Position second pepper, bottom side up, on work surface. With
toothpicks, attach ginger roots at sides to form antlers.

3. Insert allspice berries for eyes. With toothpicks, attach stem
of orange pepper to form nose.

4. Position head assembly atop body; secure with skewer through
both.
