Who needs a cherry? This recipe uses our Eyeball Halloween Gelatin molds to make the goulish garnish. You can make these Piña Colada eyeballs in a non-alcoholic version or an adults only gelatin shot version with rum (click links for recipes).

Ingredients: 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons dessert sauce of your choice (we used hot fudge)
whipped cream
one prepared gelatin eyeball (links to recipes in author's note above)
Instructions:

Makes 1 Sundae

Put a scoop of ice cream in a dessert dish. Top with dessert sauce and whipped cream. Balance one gelatin eyeball on top as shown in photo.
